Respected Sir,
I was riding my scooter near Mahalaxmi Station. One Traffic Policeman stopped me wrongly for breaking the signal. I properly followed the signal. The signal did not show a yellow signal. When I reached a bit quite ahead of the zebra crossing the signal turned red instantly without showing a yellow signal. Now on middle of the road I cannot go back back from middle of the road. Now when when I went ahead the Traffic Policeman made challan instantly without listening to any of my comments. When I asked him what was I charged for, he did not give me any details. This was also against the right to information. It was known to me afterwards that I was charged for jumping signal under section 239 r/w 177 M.V. Act.
Now I have to go to the Dadar Court to pay the fine and get my Driving Licence back again.
