Sewage block and overflow

Sir

This complaint is on behalf of the residents of a street in Nelson Manikam road Railway colony 1st street where there has been a problem of sewage block for nearly two years but no proper has been taken. Isnt this a health hazard to the people of the area. and we have been paying the taxes till date for no good at all is this the way the corporation acts to protect people I do not know where and how to make a complaint on this kindly help us in this case.
