Pf office gurgaon
PF claim not yet receive

I would to bring your attention that I have applied my PF claim to Gurgaon PF office on 30.7.09 through my previous company M/S ACME ENVIRO SOLUTIONS PVT LTD where I had worked from 9.8.08 to 30.4.09. I was told to credit the PF amount to my account within next 60 days. But it has already passed more than 150 days, till date the claimed not yet credit to my account. The following are details of my account information -

You are requested to do the needful for the aforesaid subject at your earliest & ensure me for the same.
