Pieces of meat littering in our street

Dear Sir,

I have complained so many times that in our street a meat shopkeeper throws pieces of meat (Buffaloes Flash) in the street for the stray dogs. Half eaten rotten pieces of meat litter all over the street giving a pungent smell as well ad unhygienic atmosphere. When I requested shopkeeper not to do such things, he says I will do the same, you can complain. You are requested to please look in to the matter and make the things good from worse.
