Stray Dogs Menace

Dear Sir

i am the resident of E-Block, Kamla nagar, Delhi-110007. So many stray dogs are creating problem in the area. i see no respite from there bites.

I request the organisations and people to fight against this menace,

Pl. help by removing these dogs from the area
