After one year i have not receive my Passport

Respected Sir,

My name is Ajay Kumar S/o Sh. Nain Singh, R/O Court Road Baghpat, Distt. Baghpat, Pin-250609. Sir, I filled my Passport Application in the year 2009 at your Ghaziabad Office. It’s Ref. No. is – GZB-A014542/09. But after asking personally of indivisually at your aforesaid office, I still have not received my passport.

I hope you will help me for aforesaid problem.
