Not getting permission for new construction

Dear sir,

sub- complaint against nagarpalika for not giving me proper permission for construction on my land

I applied for new construction on my land in ward no-6 on 2-06 but still I have neither got any written information nor permission from Nagarpalika offiece Mukundgarh. without proper permission from Nagarpalika I am not getting bank loan. thus without bank loan construction work laying pending and I am facing severe problems monetary as well as physical . kindly necessary action should be taken by you immediately so that i may get rid of mental anxity which is troubling me a lot.
