On the eve of diwali festival..concerned postman of our area has come to me for some reward in cash. But i was in huryy and not entertained him. After that, not a single letter, book or etc has not received by me till today though postal delivery. Actually my friend Mr. Prakash Kshirsagar, Goa has sent me his books twice, but not a single it was received by me till today. That bloody postman might have been played mischief and all my family is facing mental torture due to non receipt of tapal... this is very serious. Necessary action in the matter is solicitied.
