Passport delay

This is Anshul Jain.

I applied for a Passport on 09-JUN (File No: DLH-Z038381-11). My D.O.B is 07-DEC-1988. The RPO website shows this status for the last 6 months "Police Report is clear, Application is under process". I visited the passport office many times but nothing is happening. Also, I sent an complaint mail regarding this but no one seems to be ready for taking a action.

Please do something needful asap.
