Power Theft by landlord

Sir,

This is my third complaint about power thieft against my landlord surendra singh, H.no- 440, mukherji nagar, delhi. We IAS aispirents who lived on rent in his house, our landlord always locked our meter box. We all know that our landlord thieft power from our meter. Many time we student told our landlord to plz.open our meter box because to make sure that our meter is running correctly. But, due to power theft he didn't open our meter box.

As we all know that from 1st. july power is going to costly in delhi. Plz.save us from extra burden which is given by our lanlord surendra singh to theft power from our meter.

So, i request to all NDPL officers to plz.raid in h.no-440 as quick as possible & get relief from power theft.
