Responsible attendant Ram Niwas, who booked the order for shifting my complete house hold from Faridabad to Lucknow. During first meeting he showed the credentials of working for King Fisher airlines, TISSOT, Asian paints and some more big companies.
The agency and owner Ram Nivas is not a crook but a criminal, after lifting my house holds he started threatening me asked for Ransom of Rs25000/- apart from the decided value for service.
I don’t have any choice other than negotiating as my completer house holds were in his hand, I talked to Ram Niwas, but he told I had no alternate, as my luggage are there I have to PAY, after negotiations I was forced to make a payment of Rs.10000/- apart from the decided value.
My harassment doesn’t stopped here on the way they have stolen my goods worth Rs.50000/- and damaged all the glassware, microwave and other costly items.
Moreover, after unloading they clearly refused to unpack the stuff, which was very much the part of their services.
I lost my some of valuable households, I payed extra amount, I was harassed and threaten for 5 days
