A application in Form 10-D (pen) for settlement of EPS Claim (Bearing Account No. WB/..5525../P-0196) was submitted by NICCO Corporation Ltd., on 04.05.2010. But till date I have not received any Order copy from your office. So, I am unable to submit my "Life Certificate". Kindly arrange to send the said copy of Order to my address or Order no. through mail.
