No-Card Certificate
Name Deletion in Ration Card

Dear sir,

I was a resident of Badi Chowdi, Hyderabad, from 1973 to 1999. Now I am employed in DAE, TAMIL NADU.. My house address is # 15, CIRUS, ATS, ANUPURAM 603127, Kalpakkam., Kancheepuram, T.N.

I want to get a new ration card here. The authorities have asked me to get a reliving certificate of ration card. They mean that I should a get a certificate stating my name is deleted from old ration card (ie from ration card of hyderabad).

My brother & his family stays in our old house, at badi chowdi. My house number is 4-2-156, badi chowdi, sultan bazaar, Hyderabad – 500 095. My brothers ration card does not contain my name. My both parents are not alive now.

Please help me. Please write to me how to obtain that document, without which it is difficult to get a new ration card here in Kalpakkam.
