Non-Refund of TDS
Non-Refund of Income Tax TDS

I am a salaried class person and have been following with the Income Tax department for refund of my income Tax TDS for Rs.558/- for A.Y. 2001 & for Rs.2807/- for A.Y. 2002 but they are stubbornly in spite of proper filing of return along with form 16.

I wish all successive ITOs must be held responsible for their inaction and misdeeds only then it will make them move.
