Polluted domestic dairy sewage water scattered in road cause many severe diseases

I am anjali misra lived in plot no.10 new azad nagar (KIC education center) satbari road kanpur city.(mobile no.9026063442, 9616314398), regarding to inform the problem in my area, the domestic milk dairy is located in near my house releases cow dung and sewage water due to this the road is totally jammed, many severe diseases are arises by the polluted water, please notice my problem and take immediate action on this problem.
