ALWAYS GETTING LATE RECEIPT OF COURIER

Dear sir

I use to get letter from your courier very late

my consignment no is198073072 dispatched from baddi on 17/10/10. till now 1.25 pm (27/10/10) i have not received. when i enquired your local office proper responce is not being taken.sincle last 5 days. its is being said to me it will delivered tomorrow . i get assurance only. today your Mr paul said me that logg complain in CONSUMER FORUM, now please let me advice what to do in this regard.
