I had applied for pan card 3 months backs

From July 14 the status showing is as follows

I called up NSDL they told to contact income tax office on phone number 0124-2438000, but i couldn't get any right feedback they told me to mail to [email protected] BUT NO RESPONSE at last i called up again i got one complaint no :-26107 on 9th aug i called up again the income tax office and told my complaint and my need the person name RAVINDER and employe code 3533896 he spoke to me very badly and told me there is no such complaint number then he told me this is government job you have to face all these problem we will working according to ou own wish...(name & employee code was given by customer) on 10th aug i again called up income tax office they told me that they will revert with in 2hrs but no response they also gave me complaint number 46704... i feel its a type of harrasment but why when we have made the payment for our pancard... KINDLY HELP ME
