Trafiic Jams due to Road digging

I have been facing traffic jams at the Milan Subway Signal on SV Road (W) side since the last 3 months. It takes 20 mins to clear 1 km patch. The stress levels have increased to such levels due to this, that I saw people fighting over trivial matters whilst in the jam.

SOLUTION: Clear the shanties on the way to the subway and opposite Khira Nagar.

Also start the north bound signal to go towards Linking Road from SV Road at the Milan Mall Signal. This will bifercate the traffic at Khira Nagar.
