I have applied my 6 years old daughter passport under Tatkal scheme dated on 15th January at Regional Passport Office, Hyderabad. Please find further details for your kind consideration.

I have submitted the Passport correctly, without leaving any columns, filled all columns with specific replies as Yes/No.
Today, when I am checking the status of the application: I am getting the message as “PLEASE FURNISH FRESH APPLICATION FORM DULY FILLED ALL COLUMNS WITH SPECIFIC REPLIES AS YES/NO AND DULY SINGED”.
Please advise me, what should I do now. Which Application I need to fill again. Where can I get that application form? And how can I apply again? Because since it’s a tatkal passport, I have submitted original Police Verification Certificate by the Superintend of Police in Original and also Residence Certificate in original. Please advise, what will be the procedure to get the application as early as possible. Do we need to fill the application – online or manual submission at Hyderabad RPO office.
