Hi,

I am writing you this mail for your kind attention towards the worst service the courier company is providing to their customers. I have booked a courier no.114504572 from Deoria to USA (International) on 11/10 but it was not delivered as of now. And when I am tracking my consignment the website it was showing Delhi (HEAD) since last 7-8 days. I request you to please take necessary action as that consignment attains a great importance for me and I am in urgent need of it. Hoping a response from your part. I have seen as many as 100 complaints for this courier company and I am amazed to see how is its still surviving with such a criminal act.
