Voltas 1.5ton Split A/C not working

I am Rama Rao, deputy Director (E), o/oCE (SZ), AIR&T.V., Chennai-5, My room voltas split a/c 1.5ton intermedianent problem with out door unit. M/S.Jayam Cool Craft, Triplicane authorised person installed last year.i am contacted over phone to chennai office.not able to speak.i am contacted over phone to M/s. Jayam Cool Craft, Triplicane.on 22-3.The person from M/s. Jayam cool craft was attended fault and taken indoor and outdoor Printed circuit board and transformer to your office.on 23-3.the firm says, the above items to be received from bombay office. I may find very difficult to use split a/c unit. I may suggest, pl send your engineering expects very urgently.i am expected your engineers on 5-4 with M/s. Jayam cool craft, Triplicane. (Mr. M.Savarimuthu 9840061737), because they taken printed circuit board and transformers of indoor and outdoor units. Please do needful to this matter urgent.
