I applied for my passport with this company by name Optimist whose office is in Bazaar road, Saidapet, Chennai. I had a tough time with this company as they had stolen my money and gave false promises.

Please be aware of this company and never use agents to apply for passport. Use services of Ex-Servicemen or Physically challenged people sitting in the entrance of Sastri bhavan so that you need not suffer losses and your passport will be delivered to you in time.
