A registered post was sent to me (RL: A6215, dated 6th Sept) from Roorkee. It contained original marksheet and my masters degree. But I never received that. I am facing a lot of problem because everywhere I am asked for my final year marksheet and degree.
Also, even though the fees for registered post is same as speed post, there is no tracking system. So, either you should downgrade your registered post services as they are no better than ordinary post, although they cost more, or at least introduce some ownership and tracking system for them.
Again, the indian government has showcased that there is no area which it can manage transparently and efficiently.
