The "Overnight" name is not at all suitable for this courier company, I am surprised to see so many complains lodged against this company, and yet they manage to create tie-ups with corporates! They should change the name to "Overfortnight".
My very important and confidential consigment from HDFC Bank, dispatched locally in Mumbai on 18/12, has not reached me yet (24/12). I am not even able to find the website address of the company to track the consignment with a way bill number (0408463549), and above all, they have registered a mobile number (9320877684) with the bank which is not operational.
