Lost the courie

Hello,

I Send a courier from PALANDE COURIER, 2/3 Erandwane, Karve Road, Opposite S.N.D.T., Behind State Bank of India, Pune - 411 004, Maharashtra - India.

After 15 days and several follow ups they told me that this has been lost.

Afterwards they asked me a submit a complaint in written and to contact after 10 days.

After 18 days of complaint they called up saying all they could do is giving me 750 rs which is less than Half of My courier value. That was a gift to someone so not reaching at all is another loss to me.

Please do the needful.
