Pan card not issued

Respected Sir/Madam,

I have not recieved my pan card, I applied in year 1992, Then i recieved a Thanking letter with my pan no. AAAP03455H printed on it, It mentioned that i will recieve pan card shortly after this letter. But till now i have not recieved my Pan Card. Since then I am filling my IRT on issued pan no. Please Issue my Pan Card as soon as possible on my Address.
