I had applied for issue of a fresh Pan Card for substituting my mutilated Pan Card bearing No. ADBPA 5628 G standing in the name of Shri Vishnu Prabhakar Ajarekar and also for issue of a fresh Pan Card in the name of my mother Smt. Sunetra Prabhakar Ajarekar in March. I Have yet not received the Pan Cards at my residence at Evershine Millennium Paradise, Moon CHS, Building No. 73, Block No. 602, Thakur Village, Kandivali (East), Mumbai 400101. My residence telephone No. is 022 - 28863164 and Mobile No. is 9920069620. Please let me know whether the Pan Cards are ready and issued and if issued, the address to which these are posted.
