NON DELIVERY OF PAN CARD

I applied for pan card on 25 Aug.

I was alloted with pan card no CYDPS2745 but till now it has not been delivered to me.

I check the status on-line and it is showing that the same has been despatched thru speed post no EQ790267009IN dated 24 Sep 2010. But till date it has not been received by me.
