Pan card
PAN Card not received

Sir,

I had applied for PAN card through one of the agency on first week of November. From the agency I got the PAN card delivery details. i.e. the consignment number of sendinding it through speed post. When I enquired at the post office, they said they haven't received any consignment with that number.

When tracked on the speed post site, it shows that the article was received at the post office on 13.11.2010. Again when I called the post office, now the answer is it might be misplaced or the post office might not have received physically though it there in the system something like this.

Please guide me in this sitiuation, how to proceed further.
