Wrong delivery

Dear Sir,

I have applied for PAN card, and received the pan number also.but the PAN card not yet received. My residential address is R.Hariharan, 14/12 North Madavilagam, Sirkali-609110. When I check the status I came to understand that the card was dispatched by Speed Post on 26/9. Then i checked the postal department the card was sent to Thirukkadayur post office and send back to the sender. Now what can I do to receive the card.kindly make arrangement to deliver the card to my residential address. Thanking you,
