I have applied for PAN no. on 9 th january and my ack. no. is 060880100956765 and I was allotted the number as BVCPP2844K. But my PAN card was not yet been delivered to my address given in the PAN application and i am residing there for the past 10 years and which is my own house. When i checked in your web site i was shocked that the PAN card was returned by stating the reason that "non-delivery as specified by the courier agency is insufficient address. The same has been re-dispatched by speed post on 30-Jan at the address for communication" because i am living with my family members there only. As i need this card is very urgenly to be submitted for my official work kindly take the matter as so serious and deliver it to the same address at the earliest.
