PAN Card was dispatched by NSDL vide First Flight Courier bill No. ZB3674449. When inquired from First Flight Courier Office it came to notice that the Card has been delivered on 01 May 12 to a person in other city who not known to us. The our address is non delivery area for the company. The card should have been returned to the dispatcher. It is irresponsible on part of company deliver at wrong address. The is still not received. Please arrange the delivery of card and take appropriate action against the person responsible make delivery at wrong address.
