PAN Card not received
PAN CARD NOT RECEIVED

Dear Sir/Madam,

I Richa Choudhary have applied for change/correction in My Pan Card No-AFRPA0139E and submitted all the required documents to NSDL Office, Sapphire Chamber, Baner, Pune.

Today (22/09) i called to your Baner office and came to know that my Pan Card had already been delivered on 3/09 via Express IT courier and received by some Apporva on 5/09 whom i don't know and have no connection with me.

To bring in your kind notice that till date (22/09), i have not received mu PAN Card. Henceforth, kindly requesting you to please issue it again at my below mentioned address:
