Unable to get my application status

Dear Sir/Mam,

I am P.HARISH, i had applied for passport on "21-Jan" and file number is "Z501463", till now i am unable to get status of my application, "File Reference Number (HYD-Z501463-12) is either wrong or Information NOT available" This is the message i got while looking for status from 3 months. Till now no police verification had done and i would like to know the status of my application and to get it as early as possible.please send information to my E-Mail ID:[email protected], i am waiting for your response
