Useless passport office employees
I am hussain one of the applicant of passport having a mobile number-9884412734 suffering from the worse services just because of Useless "passport office employees". in Hyderabad passport office
My purpose of writing is only to tell other people how much Useless passport management are having in hyderabad passport office, no one is sincere here in working.
I went to Hyderabad passport office, Hyderabad, India on 19-01 at 7.00am to Meet to Regional passport officer to tell that i was expected my passport by 15-01 however i received a article from passport office by my name on the cover lebel and surprise to see the passport of another person passport inside it and without any delay i return that passport with same speedpost to passport office hyderabad. I was expecting after they reveived this return undelivered article they will send my original named passport back to me but I was wrong no such information till 28-01. I want about 5 times to passport office at enquiry section empoyees will not tell whom should complain about this. After standing for 6 hours every day in the queue from equiry One lady named suryakumari attended me and asked my problems. I explain the same with her and to redirect me to the concert person she says you give me your application and we will forward that to Regional passport officer. since today 28-01 no such response from passport office

1) I want to know the purpose of enquiry section at Hyderabad passport office kept. Is it to fool the applicants and to collect revenue for the Indian minister of external affairs only?
2) The time is precious for all and why they are delaying unnecessarily? They can collect all the queries/complaints and call and inform the messages/solutions on our complaints if not able to process/reply at that moment.
3) just imagine if you are expected to fly and you dont have your passport in your hand then what is your condition.
