This is in refrence to File no-LKOA09946209 dated 13-5, applied for renewal of passport under TATKAL scheme hence I needed the passport urgently. I applied the passport on 13-5 in Lucknow passport office and after applying I recieved my passport within 15days but my verification inquiry came in July which was done sucessfully at the local police station and LIU office, but on 30 Nov I recieved a letter mentioning that my verification has failed stating me to surrender my passport within 15days of the recipet of letter. I henceforth again submitted all my documents again with my passport submitted to them and gave an application for a fresh verification, which was already completed from the local police station and the LIU office on 29 March.
But its been over 2.5months I have;nt recieved my passport till date and it is further requested that kindly arrange to get this processed as quickly as possible.
Looking for your kind intervention in this connection will be highly solicited.
