Passport not received yet

Hello Sir,

This is Murugesh. I have applied for new passport on 23rd May.police verifiaction done and submitted. From last three weeks onwards the status showing as the below:

Given Name MURUGESH

Surname GOLLAPALLI

Status :

"Passport application has been granted and Police Verification Report has been submitted. You would receive an email/sms once the passport is dispatched". but i m not yet received my passport.

I need my passport. I hope i will get help from your end and let me know to whom i can contact for further processing. Thanks.
