Passport Application
I have not received my passport

Dear Sir,

I am Lipsa Satapathy D/O- Banabihari Satapathy DOB: 1/11/89 of Village Hariharpur, Po/Dist Jagatsinghpur have applied passport before Collection Center, Jagatsinghpur vide Jagatsnghpur collection center file no: 18121009 27 on 17-09.

The collection center after obtaining police report and others sent my application form to you on 26-11 for issue of passport.

Please let me know the status of my passport application and File Reference No (so that I can track status online).
