Delay in issuing the passport

Dear Sir,

I am Saritha P. I have applied for passport on 12th of April and the police verification has been done on 14th of April. My date of birth is September 3rd, 1982. My application acknowledgement number is Z550862. I have checked for the status of my passport through online but of no use. It shows the status code entered by me is either wrong or information is not available. I am in a perplexed state. Please do help me in getting my passport ASAP.
