Non receipt of passport

I have applied for passport on 02/04/09 for passport and police verification was also done long back. However till now I am yet receive my passport. While viewing online it was shown earlier in Sept09 that passport will be despatched soon. But in Oct09 I received a letter for submitting my complete resedential address proof which I have submitted on 04/11/09.But surprisingly the same message is still displaying till now. I am pasting the message below. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
