My mom has applied for the passport and the reference number H010790-09 and she applied on 16th Oct in Hyderabad. I have checked the status in the site available but it doesnt show any information over there.
Its really rediculous as they are old and cant roam here and there and not able to find the correct information.
Could you please help me out in this?
