Delay in Issuance of passport

Sir,

I applied for renewal of my passport on October 12 (FILE no.- HYDL00350609).

Police has completed enquiry long back and the status at site says will be dispatched in a week.

But the status is the same from a month. Sir, i am a final year student and require my passport for admissions abroad.

I request authorities to expedite my case.
