Myself sogra fatima w/o.M.A.Tariq Munazzah had applied for fresh passport on 30-10, file no. for which is HYDW262468, I had not received my passport yet after lot of inquiries I went ot LOK ADALAT which was held on 10-02, and gave a complaint police enquiry was took place on 05-03, so far I have not rceived any passport or any information from your office; I had applied the passport for performing HAJ this year forms has already been issued, without passport I cannot go to my holy place. Please look into the matter on the priority.
