Please stop what is going in immigration department in Goa
Immigration department of Goa taking bribe
1) My wife came in Jet Airways so why they did not asked return ticket and how they allow her to travel can you explain to me this
2) Immigration department asking the sum of 10, 000 RS or asked to book a returned ticket for the person who travel with a residence which is not needed and not allowed to travel because she did not give money
3) Since she was traveling on Residence visa does not need return ticket only if you are coming on visit visa you need to book retuned ticket
4) I have done ready to board in air Arabia office in Dubai by showing original visa & the ticket
5) I have checked with the consulate of Dubai which told me for residence visa no need of ECNR it is required only for employment and for maid visa I have give complain to Indian consulate in Dubai but asked me to write a letter to Indian immigration in Indian so what is the used of Indian consulate they are here to collect money not to sort out problem
My wife is pregnant 4 months and was treated badly by immigration department of Goa because of money she was off loaded and
Now she came by Bombay in jet airways without any problem so is there are difference rules in India
Consulate are there only to take money but when we go with our complain they asked us to write to one and other Indian consulate will never solve problem
In Goa airport immigration department is UN qualified employment may be they does not know to read
Even in the website you can see ECNR is not required for residence visa but only for employment visa
name of the immigration office is Jyothi but refuse to give her ID number as in night there is no senior officer and this is how the immigration department make money
