Dear Sir,
I hereby to inform you that i have applied for my passport on 15th of March also my both of verification has been completed from present address but on checking on-line status its showing that "Police has recommended for Police Verification from your permanent address" from last one and a half month, also i have furnished personal particulars forms of permanent address, also i went to the passport office at ghaziabad after one month of document send to my permanent address but they said to wait few more days but again they are saying same as i went for enquiry many times there but they said to wait again. Now i am greatly required my password but no correct action is being taken. So it is my hearty request to you that please look into the matter and take necessary action. My file no. and key no. is mentioned below.
