I had applied for renewal of my passport dated 15-07 file no. JALO01826909 at Jalandhar Regarding to the process of my passport issuing I was informed that I had a passport issued by Delhi passport office. This news was very shocking for me as I had never applied for passport at Delhi. I possesed a passport issued from Chandigarh which was expired on 07-12. I had attached this passport with the documents which was submitted at Jalandhar office. I had approached three times at Jalandhar office and clarify my situation. But authority at Jalandhar office is not ready to listen me and my genuine request. Now question is that if I would have the passport of Delhi how it was possible that I could get another passport from Chandigarh.
My son is staying at Newzealand. I want to go to meet him which is necessary on my behalf. My son is going through a painful situation which has created me a lot of anxiety and put me under great burden. My husband who was with my son returned back prior to the completion of his visa due to these circumstances.
I am kept deprived of my right along with my son and husband. This is only due to the negligence of the authority.
I again declared that I had never got my passport from Delhi and I challenge for my above verdict to the passport official that they prove me wrong or otherwise make a proper enquiry and take necessary steps so that I can get my new passport.
I request you to instruct the belonging the officials for issuing my passport immediately as I am undergoing a great depression.
