Passport not recieved

Dear sir

my name is smt laxmi jha

my file no is-A06220

Application date is-11/oct

MY passport is not being recieved yet police varification is done

and it is showing on net that police varification is done but i have not recived the PASSPORT yet so i want to know that what is the reason that i have not recieved my PASSPORT yet

so kindly give attention towasds my complaint

and let me know what is the reason for the above
