Regarding Delay in passport delivery

Dear Sir/Madam

My Passport Details are as follows

Name: Venkata Praveen Kumar Paruchuri

My passport num: Z/606514/10

I have applied to the passport in the month of september last year dated 15-09-10.

After Some days i was able to see the status like police verification is clear once my verification is done.

After few days of this status they said by the end of October i.e around 29-10-10 the passport will be delivered.

After few days the following message is displayed in my status box saying

"It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time "

From past 4 months i have been seeing the same status with out any updates..

So Iam expecting to take positive step ahead of this complaint and make sure my

passport will be issued by particular time.
