My name is Aditya Baghel. I filled up a form for the written exam of UPSC for the post of “Drug Inspector”. Exam was held on 06.03.2011 but I received the Admit card on 14.03.2011 in very bad condition and already opened from both sides through registered post.

Joint Secretary (Recruitment), Union Public Service Commission, Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi – 110069
Post Office by which the registered post came- Jabalpur Post Office
All this happened by the mistake of any one of above department but it affected my opportunity even I paid all the fee with the application.
