Delay in Passport Police verificaion

SUB:-Delay of my passport with reference file no: - HYD-W250725-11.

I am ZUBUNNISA BEGUM with File No: - HYD-W250725-11 have submitted my passport on 04-02. The status report on onoline is showing that Police Enquiy verification report is not received but when i consulted the police department they said it is already completed and report has been send, it is getting very delay, so i request you to look into the problem and get it clear and extend your kind support to issue the passport as soon as possible.
